Designed by a team of professional physical therapists, this course combines medical insights with practical exercises to help participants develop proper body mechanics, enhance mobility, and build a solid foundation for healthy aging. Starting from everyday scenarios, the course explains in easy-to-understand terms how physical therapy can help individuals of all ages maintain mobility and quality of life. It also guides participants to evaluate their own physical activity levels, helping them understand if they are ‘moving enough and moving correctly.’
